Hanoi City Walk (ENG): Tracing the Tô Lịch river through the Old Quarter
September 15 @ 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
100,000VNDMOVED FROM 7 SEPTEMBER TO 15 SEPTEMBER DUE TO STORM WARNINGS FOR 7 SEPTEMBER. If you signed up for 7 September you will have received an email from Linh about the date change. Thanks
The Tô Lịch River is usually known as one of the stinkiest streams that runs through Hanoi. Yet, there was once a time when it was teeming with boats traveling up and down the Red River. Originally coursing through the Old Quarter then around the Citadel to Thuỵ Khuê, the river was a vital part of the city.
Come on this walk to learn about Hanoi before and after the “fall” of Tô Lịch River as we follow its initial path – from Chợ Gạo to Hàng Lược St, stopping in at interesting sites (pagodas, a former printing factory, a mosque, and many more)
Numbers: Max 8 people (after which we will have a waiting list)
VND 100,000 pp
