Welcome to the second of our Vietnamese culinary heritage series with Hồng and Hằng.
Hồng and Hằng (mother and daughter) return to host another at home conversation on food as they take us through both a preservation and also an evolution of Vietnamese cuisine through the ages until contemporary times with an emphasis on sustainability.
Hồng and Hằng love food, especially Hanoi cuisine, and through our round table discussions with them at their old quarter home we get an insight into Vietnamese culinary heritage and the preservation of authentic dishes and tastes.
After the talk there will be a chance for a Q&A, and the afternoon ends with some delicious chè (traditional Vietnamese sweet dessert) to enjoy.

Donation: 200,000 VND per person which includes a bowl of chè. In addition FVH will make a donation to Hồng who regularly prepares food for patients at a local hospital. (Please pay in cash on the day)
