DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the second of our Vietnamese culinary heritage series with Hồng and Hằng. \nHồng and Hằng (mother and daughter) return to host another at home conversation on food as they take us through both a preservation and also an evolution of Vietnamese cuisine through the ages until contemporary times with an emphasis on sustainability. \nHồng and Hằng love food\, especially Hanoi cuisine\, and through our round table discussions with them at their old quarter home we  get  an  insight  into  Vietnamese  culinary  heritage and the preservation of authentic dishes and tastes. \nAfter the talk there will be a chance for a Q&A\, and the afternoon ends with some delicious chè (traditional Vietnamese sweet dessert) to enjoy. \nNumbers: max 10 pax \nVenue: and further information will be sent to those confirmed on the talk (their house is on Lương Ngọc Quyến street) \nDonation: 200\,000 VND per person which includes a bowl of chè. In addition FVH will make a donation to Hồng who regularly prepares food for patients at a local hospital.
