BOXING DAY WALK
Today’s Boxing Day morning walk explores the area around Hang Da market. We learn about the original trade of the streets nearby, what the concept of Tuong Theatre is, who was the master embroiderer, why was Princess Y Lan given this name, if you loved the music of FVH’s composer friend Nguyen Van Quy we find out where he composed his 9 sonatas., discover a hidden old villa and explore the alleyways in this part of the old quarter.
