Central to its practice is the vibrant lên đồng ritual, where mediums embody the spirits of the deities through music and dance. This embodies values of compassion, harmony, and resilience, making it a unique spiritual cornerstone of Vietnamese culture.

A Talkshow with Dr. Trần Đoàn Lâm
Dr. Trần Đoàn Lâm, former Editor-in-Chief of Thế Giới Publishers and leading m member of the cultural organisation Đình làng Việt and a beloved speaker for cultural and religious topics, will provide insights into the foundations of Đạo Mẫu. Known for his engaging and accessible presentation style in both English and Vietnamese, Dr. Lâm will discuss the historical development, core principles, and rituals associated with the religion.
Q&A Session with a practicing medium
A practicing Đạo Mẫu medium will share their experiences and perspectives, offering a rare glimpse into the life and spiritual work of a medium. This interactive session gives us a chance to ask questions about the central rituals of the religion and the medium’s role in its practices.
