“Saigon, I love you (Sài Gòn, anh yêu em)” is a Vietnamese romantic comedy produced in 2016, directed by Lý Minh Thắng. In an echo with “Paris, I love you” or “NewYork, I love you”, the film revolves around 5 romantic stories featuring 10 characters from different angles in Saigon . It also features the city’s vibrant culture and traditional southern opera cai luong. A mix of people, couples, cultures, viewpoints, relationships from different perspectives – interrelated stories as the characters find and rekindle love.
