Elephants for November
In 2023 we started to run some workshops with Huyen of Textile Linker fame. She teamed up with Thuy who founded Chie Dù Pù Dù Pà in Hang Trong street to run craft workshops.
We have chosen an elephant theme for November and this month we each make 2 palm-size elephants hanging on a string. The elephant bodies are pre-sewn with 1 side open. We fill their bodies with cotton wool stuffing, sew them up and then attach the ears, and eyes. For the more advance sewers if there is time you can embroider additional decorations. The workshop is for all abilities. We never know when have a new topic if it will be complicated or easy – often what seems easy is hard and what seems hard is easy.
Amount: 390,000 VND per person (same price for everyone) per pumpkin includes erbal tea, green bean cake, instruction and materials
