Talk. Operation Hope: The gift of healing. Hanoi surgeons transforming lives in northern ethnic minority regions
Center II, a local Hanoi NGO, was born with the mission to change the lives of disabled minority children from poor families in very remote areas in North of Vietnam, including Hà Giang, Lạng Sơn, Lai Châu, Cao Bằng, and Yên Bái. It assists, educates, and mentors local health officials, doctors, social workers, and DOLISA employees at various levels in the provinces so they may improve their cognitive abilities and deal with similar situations.
