DESCRIPTION:DUE TO GROUP NUMBER COVID RESTRICTIONS WE HAVE TO POSTPONE. WE HOPE TO RESCHEDULE IN JUNE.  PRIORITY GOES TO THOSE WHO HAD SIGNED UP BEFORE WE OPEN UP NEW SPACES. Thanks \nA walk\, talk and show and tell \nLong and his team\, who run cafe Anh Hai Saigon\, are  group of entrepreneurial young Vietnamese who have created an inspired range of beverages using an interesting combination of traditional Vietnamese ingredients. \nThis is the first time we have  collaborated with them – and this event is being arranged specially for FVH. \nIts more  of a ‘show and tell’ afternoon\,  run as a casual few hours discussing and chatting about what ingredients they have used and why they are important in Vietnamese culture and spiritual life\, how the ingredients have been incorporated into beverages\, how the drinks are presented and served. \nAs we want this to be centred on the ingredients\, we incorporate a fun activity of guessing the ingredients in each drink. Some may be harder than you think. \nThe first part of the afternoon before the ‘show and tell’ is a short walking tour of the area.  The cafe is located in the heart of the Khu tập thể Bách Khoa area so we will wander round some of the alleys talking about the concept of the khu tập thể; close by are Bách Khoa university  and Đại học Mở (Hanoi Open University) so the student vibe mingles with this iconic condominium environment. \nCost VND 350\,000 (same price for everyone) to include demonstration\, samples of drinks and short walking tour (additional drinks bought at the cafe are a personal cost) \nVenue: Cafe Anh Hai Saigon\, P107 K10B Khu tập thể Bách Khoa\, ngõ 33 Lê Thanh Nghị (location map and detailed route will be sent to those who RSVP) \nTime: 1.30pm-2.20pm walking tour.  2.30pm-appx 4pm Long and his team – ‘show and tell’ \nRSVP to stella@fvheritage.org \nMax 10pax \n  \n  \nPlease note in this changeable period due to COVID-19 that May’s events are subject to government and local authority advice plus the agreement with our hosts; some events may need to be postponed at the last minute; we hope this won’t happen\, our May programme continues as planned and we will keep you updated.  If you have any questions\, please contact us at hello@fvheritage.org.
