DESCRIPTION:THIS IS EVENT IS FULL. PLEASE RSVP FOR THE WAITING LIST/AND POSSIBLE REPEAT EVENT. \nWelcome to the first in  a new Vietnamese culinary heritage series. To kickstart this new topic\, we meet Hồng and Hằng (mother and daughter).  They also feature in our People of the Old Quarter series (which delves deeper into the everyday lives of people who were born and live in Hanoi’s Old Quarter). \nHằng and her mum Hồng love food\, especially Hanoi cuisine\, and through this event at their home  you  will  get  an  insight  into  Vietnamese  culinary  heritage  within  this Hanoian  family and how  they preserve authentic dishes and tastes.   After the talk there will be  Q&A and the morning ends with savouring a delicious Hanoi lunch cooked by Hồng and Hằng (suitable for meat\, vegetarian and vegan diets). \nNumbers – max 7 pax \nVenue and further information will be sent to those confirmed \nDonation 250\,000 VND per person which includes lunch. In addition FVH will make a donation to Hong who regularly prepares food for patients at a local hospital.
