DESCRIPTION:The film “Aimless” by Director Pham Nhue Giang \n“Aimless” (2003) is an independent film based on the script “Without Eva” by writer Nguyen Quang Lap and made under the sponsorship by international cinematography development funds such as Fond Francophonie (France) and Vision Sud Est (Swiss). \nThis modern day human drama tells a story about a young countryside couple on a journey to earn a living in the big city while trying to overcome financial hardship and look for happiness. The story of the young couple  depicts really well the life of immigrants from the countryside to the big city in the context of temptation and weak moral values. The film is interesting for its  artistic frames giving high contrast and unexpected twists\, which take audience go through a journey full of emotions. \nProduced since 2003\, “Aimless” has won different prestigious prizes: \n– The Silver Kite by Vietnamese Cinematography Association 2013; \n– The Silver Lotus by Vietnamese Film Festival 2013. \nFilm is 90-minute long with English subtitles \nPlease RSVP to Van at – van@fvheritage.org \nNotes: \nYour reservation is not confirmed until you receive our reply email. \nPlease arrive by 7.15pm latest to collect and pay for your ticket at VFS. As a courtesy to those on the waiting list – please cancel if you can’t come. \nReserved seating tickets are allocated on a first come – first served basis.
