SUMMARY:Hanoi City Walk (English): Lê Duản street & surrounding area - FULL
DESCRIPTION:THIS WALK IS FULL \nJoin us for a stroll around Lê Duản street and the surrounding area. Starting at Cửa Nam we explore the history of the former southg gate\, the nearby streets and stories of the area\, find out who was the ‘French Lady with the flared skirt\, where were parasols were traded\, which is one of Hanoi’s original Phở gà stalls\, what used to be where ‘Quan An Ngon’ is\, where was the Mandarin road\, what was originally on the site of Hanoi railway station\,  who was Lê Duản ethe man himself and so on ….. \nMost of what we talk about has sadly long gone so we supplement with memories\, stories and photos of what hopefully will be an eclectic whistle-stop tour through history of the Lê Duản area. \nStarting point: Chợ Cửa Nam \nEnd: Ga Hà Nội (Hanoi railway station) \nRSVP:  Stella \nPlease follow and like us:Share this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)Click to share on Google+ (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading...\n\n	Related\n
