DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nTHIS WALK IS FULL. PLEASE RSVP FOR THE WAITING LIST. THANKS \nWhen we zoom out on history\, Đồng Xuân is a fairly new market. A little over 130 years old\, the establishment came about during the colonial era\, with merchants relocating from two other bustling markets. As we uncover remnants of these once-lively marketplaces\, we’ll learn about commerce in the capital city\, a forgotten river and the history of the neighborhoods surrounding Đồng Xuân. Stretching from Hàng Buồm to Cầu Đông\, the trip lasts just over 2 hours and we guarantee that you’ll find good bites by the end of it.  \nAmount – 100\,000VND (50\,000 VND under 15s) \nMeeting point – those cofirmed on the walk will be sent the welcome email and meeting point will be at or near Bach Ma Temple on Hàng Buồm street \nWalk is led by Linh \nPlease RSVP – via this google form –by 28 February: Link \nNumbers – max 5 people (waiting list once places are filled) \nPlease email if any problems or questions to hello@fvheritage.org \nA welcome email will be sent to those confirmed on the walk 1-2 days before the walk.  Once you RSVP via the form you should receive an automatic  “receipt” email confirming sign up. \n  \n©1999 Friends of Vietnam Heritage.
