SUMMARY:Craft workshop (a.m): glass painting on clear perspex
DESCRIPTION:We run a number of art workshops with 2 young artists Linh and Nhung\, who graduated from the Fine Arts University 2-3 years ago. They are often creating new workshops that we love to try out. \nThis is  a repeat workshop – glass painting on a clear perspex panel – that we did in January for Tết. \nWe start off with a powerpoint presentation about the Nghe (an imaginary Vietnamese spiritual/sacred animal) which is the image we will paint – Linh and Nhung explain first about cultural and artistic significance so you that you understand more about what you will be painting. \nUsing pre-drawn stencils we draw directly onto the perspex using gold outliner and then we paint with glass paint. Support provided by Linh and Nhung.
