SUMMARY:Craft workshop (p.m): Chie fabric pumpkins (for halloween) - FULL
DESCRIPTION:THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL. PLEASE RSVP FOR THE WAITING LIST THANKS. \nPumpkins for Halloween \nIn 2023 we started to run some workshops with Huyen of Textile Linker fame. She teamed up with Thuy who founded Chie Dù Pù Dù Pà in Hang Trong street to run craft workshops.  Huyen is busy with many of her own projects at the moment but we are starting to run workshops again with Chie. \nAs Halloween is approaching the workshop this month is to make a textile pumpkin using ethnic minority fabric/brocade.  The pumpkin shell is pre-sewn with 1 side open.  We fill the pumpkin body with cotton wool stuffing\, sew it up and then follow the instructions for a great way to create the pumpin shape. Its  one of the most fun Chie workshops as the pumpkin is created before our eyes and is so realistic and cute. For the more advance sewers if there is time you can embroider additional decorations.
