People of Hanoi – at home with former soldier Ngô Xuân Chiến- FULL

Space for very max. 5 FVH members to meet an extraordinary and very eccentric former soldier from the American War.  Ngô Xuân Chiến was in the Liberation Army of South Vietnam stationed in central Vietnam – his amazing tiny room, accessed by a ‘trap door ladder’,  is now  covered in memorabilia from floor to ceiling – a 360 degree experience.

His is a war invalid – he is deaf but still very fit and walks everywhere and loves to meet people. We will attempt to get him to share some of his stories.  As we can’t fit many in at one time as his room is tiny, 7 December is the 1^st  event with him.  Hopefully if successful we will repeat it on more occasions.

For those who RSVP flexibility and a lot of patience are vital as Chiến will flick from one thing to another as he chats about his ‘home museum’.
