DESCRIPTION:THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL – PLEASE RSVP FOR THE WAITING LIST INCASE SPACES BECOME AVAIABLE THANKS \nLANTERNS FOR MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL \nFriday 29 September is Mid-Autumn festival (Tết Trung Thu) and lanterns\, as you know\, are essential features of this occasion. \nThey come in all different colours\, shapes\, sizes and material. \nSo we thought this is the ideal time to make our own lanterns with our Dó paper workshop partner\, Hong Ky. \nYou can see a bit more in this short teaser video (link here) for what the lanterns look like \nIncluded in the workshop \n\nAll material and instruction\nAnd a short talk on do paper (for those who are not familiar with this material)\nAnd your lovely lantern to take home (which hopefully looks like the one in the video)\n\nAs this is a lot more intricate to make and bigger than the other items we run craft workshops for\, more time and material are needed hence a higher workshop fee compared to others but it will be worth it.
